Quarantine (REC Remake)
So last year in November, I blogged about this Spanish horror movie called REC and I was utterly disappointed that it was not in English. However, it is now remake into Quarantine out this week. I'm definitely going to try to watch this movie, but I think it will be difficult to find enough brave souls to watch it with me. Haha, anyways, here is the original REC's reaction video, followed by the official Quarantine trailer. Think of this as Blair Witch meets 28 Days Later meets Cloverfield and we all know how I'm a sucker for this kinda movies.

Evil Genius uses Craigslist to recruit henchmen/decoys
This story is absolutely fantastic! According to The Seattle Times, a guy posts an ad in Craigslist for constructions for a street repair job. The ad said they should show up in a blue shirt, reflective vest, and wear a dust mask. When they show up, they find that there's nothing wrong with the street. It turns out the location was in front of a bank, and the the guy that posted the ad also showed up wearing the same thing, proceeded to pepper spray some armored truck guards in front of the bank, then run off with a canvas bag full of money. Here's the best part, the robber runs off to a nearby creek where he made his getaway in an inner-tube!

The New Feist? The New IPod Nano Commercial Sound
Band is called Chairlift, a mix of electro and pop hailing from Brooklyn. The song featured is "Bruised". Let's jump on this song before everyone else starts talking about it (because you know, those die-hard Apple fanatics are just going to eat this song up, regurgitate it and eat it up again until they use their iTunes to find the rest of the album, which btw is called "Does You Inspire You", and then they are going to go recommend it to all their friends by playing it on their macbook at a starbucks and pretend like they are hip because they heard about this band before you and they want to play it to you first because they want you to feel like they are superb compared to you when it comes to music taste because they own a whole bunch of apple products).

A Date With Maria Sharapova for $10,000
Maria Sharapova put herself on a charity auction for a dinner date and came out only with $10,000! What!?!? She is worth way more than $10,000...especially if she is making $26 million a year. I blame this on the failing economy.
Y! Sports Blogs - Maria Sharapova could be yours for a cool $10,000
