I'm referring to Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia, aka Halo, aka Claire and Peter, aka TV Uncle and Niece, aka Hayden, 18, and Milo, 30, aka smooth move Milo, aka I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING, aka ESPECIALLY AFTER SHE JUST TURNED 18 NOT THAT LONG AGO. During the post-Emmys ET Party with performance by Duran Duran, Hollywood.tv captures Hayden and Milo dancing up on each other. Multiple times, Milo leans in and whispers into Hayden's ear while she brushes her hand against his cheek. Fine, don't believe me, judge for yourself.

Now, judge to see if there is anything more than "just tv castmates and friends". If you think not, then the greater powers at NBC are doing an amazing job with their promotion strategy.
