Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love (US Version)
The big UK pop hit from new artist Leona Lewis has just released the US version for the video. Still an enjoyable song. Thought it bothers me that they always put too much make-up or photoshop her way too much. I understand that is just the way the business is, but she is too good of a singer to require THAT much packaging.

I guess people always want something that has a local look. So, in the new video Leona is in the middle of Times Square NYC...most everyone in the US will recognize that. And she is shown in a dress that makes her boobs pop out. Very important stuff in the US market.
I guess, in the end, it really does not matter. If US consumers want her to look that way in order to buy her product, why not. She is a great talent no matter how you look at her.

ya, i agree with you. it makes sense to look at it the other way, too. i mean, she is beautiful, so might as well use that to promote her product.
i didn't even notice the dress that made her boobs pop out. i actually was paying attention to the song. haha, i guess i'm not as shallow as i thought myself to be.......haha, who am i kidding, after you mentioned it, i replay the video just for that. :D
