Looks like these two warriors were getting ready to clean up the streets with some swift, justified justice until the po-po picked them up for possession of knives, nunchuks, crossbows, and other weaponry. More on their arrest over on G4.
My friend pointed out my favourite Olympic commercial from GE that shows a cute love story in "rural China". The commercial is called GE Commercial Healthcare Re-imagined (China). It features a minute short melody by Chinese indie singer Cao Fang (曹方) called "In Summer" (在夏天). I have included the mp3 of the song below the video. Also, for those that are wondering, this song is only 1:09 long and that is the full version on the 2005 album "Meet Me" (遇见我).

*Side Note: Though as adorable as this commercial is, I just find that the actor in the ad to be a bit unconvincing as a "rural Chinese local". I have been to rural China before and I can say, for certain, that people do not look/dress like him. Then again, it's a North American ad and people probably won't be able to tell the difference, so I'll let it pass. Also, what is with the goat at the end? Does "rural" equal "goat in a hospital"?

This song is said to be on "Blueprint 3" when Jay-Z performed at Kanye's concert in Madison Square Garden. Also, this song is to supposed to be produced by Kanye West. My favourite part of the song is when Jay-Z addressed the Oasis front man Noel Gallagher in regards to the criticism about Jay-Z opening for Glastonbury, "That bloke from Oasis said I couldn't play guitar / Somebody shoulda told him I'm a fucking Roc-star! / Today is the gonna be the day / That I'm gonna throw it back to you". Haha, love the Wonderwall cover reference of his performance at Glastonbury.

I'm glad they realize that this song without a remix version is missing something. It seems that you can't go wrong tossing in Lil Wayne to stir things up. Cassie is looking quite fly in the video as usual...I just hope her singing can improve.

Wow, this is not something you would expect to see at the Olympics, especially in an event that promotes self-control. I have to admit though, this does liven up Olympic Taekwondo which up until now has been fairly uneventful.

I'm laughing so hard from this article I read. It's basically about a group of gamers spending almost a day attempting to defeat a boss in the online role-playing Final Fantasy XI game. The boss named Pandemonium Warden took the combined effort of 38 gamers (which later dropped to 27 because a few had passed out...lol) and 18 hours straight...to fail to take its life. That's about 684 man-hours(38*18 = 684) wasted to a flawed game design. This is almost equivalent to being stuck in an infinite loop. Anyways, read the article and humour yourself.

The talented James Morrison had a wonderful go with his last album "Undiscovered". It was definitely one of my favourite of 2007. He is preparing to release his sophomore album in Sept and this is the first single from it called "You Make It Real". It's quite a lovely ballad.
