At first, I was thinking...another Stargate production. Are we about to be sick of these slow songs yet? But after having listen to this song a few more times, it has definitely grown on me. Now with the additional visual effects, it definitely made the song even better.

I don't know if this is going to be on Usher's new album called "Here I Stand" due out May 27th. This is part II to the amazing, already #1 single "Love In This Club". It could've done without Lil Wayne on it... Also, here is album cover for "Here I Stand".

*That's it for the day. Back to "studying" for exams...
Looks I's so looking forward to this movie now!
The trailer is in youtube's HD format so it says 11 minutes but it really is only about 2 minutes long, let it buffer...

I don't think this one is going to be on The Roots' new album "Rising Up", but I could be wrong. The song features Patrick Stump from The Fall Out Boy. The video features goth porn queen Sasha Grey and a bunch of random guys. How many video is that from The Roots in the last month or so? 3 or 4?

YAY, one of the better new tv shows has been renewed for another season. That is great news because I was worried that they would just stop it when the story has got so much potential at this point. Also, I would miss Lena Headey playing the hot MILF Sarah Connor.
In other TV news, GG is back with new episode today! *screams*

I really enjoy the sample from Air Supply's "All Out Of Love". Also, I don't know if it's just me or does Qwote look like a cross between Amare Stoudemire and Ludacris (prob just me)? The lyrics of the song amuses me, too. Not that I'm an expert in woman, but imagine you are fighting with your girl about a serious issue and you say to her, "Baby, I don't wanna fight, can we just make love instead?" Ya, doesn't sound as smooth as the song goes, but hey, maybe you can play this song to her and it'll work? Lastly, dammmn, to the girl @2:01.

I am highly anticipating Judd Apatow's newest Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I expect it to be hilarious and like all comedies, you need that one hot, funny, realistic (down-to-earth?) female lead. Some may think that the movie is focused on Sarah Marshall (Kristin Bell). However, I personally think that the standout is gonna be Mila Kunis, who will play the hotel customer service rep that helps Jason Segel get over his ex (who is also vacationing in Hawaii).
I always thought Mila Kunis was underappreciated for her performance on That 70's Show. Now that she is going to make it big with this new hit, I expect to see her in more movies or tv shows. Actually, according to IMDB, she has Max Payne lined up already. I'm already excited for it. Hopefully, that will be more well done than Hitman. Here are some recent photos from Complex and GQ interviews. Enjoy!

Since I'm on the topic of NextSelection from the Ryan Leslie post earlier, let's get some Cassie going, too. I know it's a long time away from the release of Cassie's second album in September, but I have put together some of the "confirmed" tracks for the album and other remixed tracks.

Damn, the video matches the title of the song. It is like a softcore video! @1:29, you even see the girl lick him. I guess they are trying for "sex sells?". Good R&B song tho.

The second single from The D.E.Y.'s "The DEY Has Come". You can definitely hear the influence from B.E.P. and The Fugees. The female vocal by Élan is the highlight of The D.E.Y. so far. I'm really looking forward to a full album by them but check this out for now.

I think of Matt Pokora as a French, poor man's version of Justin Timberlake with a little Ricky Martin look-a-like thrown in there. I didn't like his first single but these two songs requested (from the bonus tracks of his album "MP3") are pretty good. I'll watch out for him now.

KERI HILSON is HOT or what? She is my #1 R&B lady right now. And fine, Usher still got it. I just can't stop thinking about how paranoid his wife was in regards to the whole Keri Hilson as the love interest in the video. However, I could see why she is concerned. LOL. Damn, Keri...you can be my every desire anytime.

Shawty got low low low low low low low low low low...How hard was it to finally get that catchy song out of your head. Then, Flo Rida goes to Timbaland and gets you stuck on his ela ela elevator. Haha, here I got another one with Flo Rida going back to T-Pain for another one. Not as catchy, but it's got a good groove going.

NICE! Rumour has it that they are making, by far, one of my favourite action video game of all time, Prince of Persia, into a blockbuster movie. It's set to star Orlando Bloom to be the Prince. I'm okay with this decision, only because I can't come up with a better one. The closest I can think of Orlando Bloom to the role was for Kingdom of Heaven. I'm excited to how the movie comes out, especially the second and third one's CGI. Imagine the Dahaka (see below) or the Dark Prince (see below) with the daggertail whip. This is definitely bringing the gaming fanboy in me.
Orlando Bloom as The Prince in The Sands of Time
The Prince in Warrior Within
The Prince/Dark Prince in The Two Thrones
The Dahaka - this thing scares the crap out of me
-------------------------------------------
So, I guess they haven't casted some of the other roles, but here are some suggestions:
Farah, the princess to the prince of the whole trilogy. She is supposed to be of Indian origin, but I personally think that Danay Garcia of Prison Break would be a good fit.
Kaileena, The Empress of Time herself, should just go straight to Monica Bellucci. She did the voice acting for the character and they basically model the character's physique on her.
Vizier, a.k.a. the creepy advisor that all kings seem to have on their side, is the main antagonist of the story. This ones goes straight to Andy Serkis, who played Gollum and King Kong.

Another "new" R&B artist Lee Carr was recently signed to Jive Records following his quick stint with Def Jam. Maybe this time around something good will come out of it. He is also a songwriter/producer and owns a production company called "3rd Lane Music". Here are a few tracks that I found by him that showcase what he is about. Check them out.

Zshare has been kind to me and to most of you. It's one of the quickest way to upload/download music. However, recently, it started implementing ads and a 20-seconds delay to download. This might be annoying to you, but I'll show you a work-around or short-cut to getting the files with IE.
1. Check to make sure your explorer cache size is >500MB. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History Setting > Change disk space to use to "500".
2. When you get multiple zshare link, select "Open In New Tab" for each of them. The embed media player will start buffering all the songs. You might want to turn down your volume because all of them will start playing.
3. Go back to that "Temporary Internet Files and History Setting" windows above. Click on "View Files".
4. It should open the "Temporary Internet Folder". In this folder, right click > "Arrange Icons By Size". Keep refreshing the folder by press "F5". Once the mp3 is done buffering, the mp3s should show up as the top files. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments.

New Lloyd track called "Life" is now available. It is probably on his July album, "Lesson In Love". His last one was not bad, so I'll definitely be on the lookout for this one, too.

A "new" R&B group called Git Fresh has slowly leaked a couple of track over the last year and they are pretty good. Definitely to watch out for. They were originally called Deep Side, but with copyright issues, they had to change it to Git Fresh. I'm not sure about the new name, but the music is still good. Here is a collection of all the songs I have. Let me know if you have one that I don't have. For sure check out "Booty Music", "Let's Make Love", "Don't Tell Me It's Over", "More & More", "Lovely" and "What I Need".

Mariah Carey's 11th album follows closely to her highly successful "The Emancipation of Mimi" in a hip-hop and R&B driven sound. The album is set to come out April 15. It features big name producers like Danja, JD, Polow Da Don, Swizz Beatz, Scott Storch, Bryan-Michael Cox, The-Dream, Stargate, T.I., will.i.am, Antonio Reid, Tricky Stewart, etc. It is pretty good. I just wish there were more upbeat/dance tracks. The album has been leaked, but I can't post the link here because the blog will get taken down. However, if you find a file for it, the password could be the usual 'L4T'.
